Egg Harbor Twnshp, NJ – August 11, 2011 | Railing Dynamics, Inc. announces that ICC-ES code approval for its Endurance QX Rail has been released. The ESR report, ESR-1849, recognizes Endurance Original Rail and Endurance QX Rail as being code compliant to the 2006 and 2009 International Building Code. The report became official on January 1, 2009, and was applicable only to Endurance Original Rail. The reissue of the report has been modified to include Endurance QX Rail. The report will be available on www.rdirail.com and is currently available at www.icc-es.org.
Endurance QX Rail, introduced in 2011, is similar to Endurance Original Rail in that they share a common profile design, and all components necessary for a complete railing section are contained in one convenient box. Although QX does not include a bottom aluminum stiffener as does Endurance Original Rail, QX is a reliable, safe and code-compliant rail, which carries the same warranty as Endurance Original Rail. Included in QX stair and level railing kits are: top and bottom vinyl extrusions with a top interior aluminum stiffener, locking pins, balusters, mounting brackets with integral locking screw covers, stainless steel mounting screws, and a support foot. Level kits come in 4, 5, 6, and 8ft lengths; stair kits come in 6 and 8ft lengths and angles of 29°-35° and 36°-41°. All kits are available in white with square balusters only. Additional bracket kits are sold separately, should you choose to build two rail sections from one rail kit.
