Monroe Township, NJ October 26, 2022– The North American Deck and Railing Association announced today the official plans and build schedule for their Deck For a Soldier® project in Monroe Township, NJ.
The NADRA 2022 Deck For A Soldier® recipient in NJ is a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War who served on the aircraft carrier USS Oriskany . At 91 years old he has been living alone until a recent hospitalization due to a fall. He can no longer manage the stairs at the entrance to his home and is in need of a handicap ramp.
NADRA members are humbled and honored to work on this Deck for a Soldier® build to create an access ramp for soldier.
