This one-of-a-kind dock is designed to last and uses the latest technology in synthetic-building materials and creative design. In order to create a modern aesthetic, synthetic “Eco-Piles” by Shoreline were used to create a beautiful pillar appearance. The carrier beams are made of Owens Corning WEARDECK structural synthetic lumber and match the decking. The watertight Second story deck is sealed with a Dexerdry-Gasket system installed between deck boards. A powder coated aluminum handrail fabricated in our shop, topped with a 2×4 IPE cap and Stainless-cable handrail system, add to the clean lines that set this dock apart. The white T&G ceilings and facia trim are all Azek Exterior products. The decked over boat lifts are fabricated in our shop and use Shorestation Hydraulic lift components all mounted discreetly in the floor allowing for a clean and open overhead space. One unique feature of Using synthetic pilings is that it allows all-electric, water and hydraulic lines to be passed through the center of the pilings. We finished this project out with low voltage deck lights by in-lite to eliminate the perimeter of the dock. White bumpers and stainless tie up cleats to provide easy docking for any boat pulling up.

Presenting our groundbreaking Inland Dredge Dock Project—a pinnacle of innovation redefining waterfront construction. This ambitious endeavor seamlessly integrated the dock into the landscape, involving land excavation and dredging for enhanced water depth. The foundation, with 70 yards of concrete, forms a robust bulkhead and foundation, while impressive 9-foot poured concrete black walls covered with brick offer both support and aesthetic grandeur. Over 60 helical piers intricately weave through, ensuring stability. Every element, from materials to machinery, arrived and departed via water on barges, showcasing our commitment to seamless integration with the waterfront. The dock and boardwalk feature Deckorators Voyage mineral-based decking and Owens Corning Lumber, marrying luxury with resilience. A standout is the 32×20 upper deck, a clear-span masterpiece supported by four 12″ steel I beams for views and structural integrity. The exterior boasts a harmonious blend of brick and Hardie board and batten, meticulously designed to complement the home. Functionality meets elegance with a spacious boat slip and a smaller slip for a dinghy and two jet skis. This Inland Dredge Dock Project is a testament to our unwavering commitment to pushing marine construction boundaries, embodying innovation, durability, and aesthetic finesse.
