Middlebrook Docks and Decks

Presenting our stunning Emerald Palms Dock. This Marine structure is built to last, showcasing some of the industry’s best products with a high-functioning design.
For this structure to stand the test of time we used fully synthetic “ECO Pile” and Owens Corning “Weardeck” for the decking and facia. We were able to perfectly compliment the home by color-matching our building materials and adding some high-end features.
This double-slip-boathouse is covered with a standing seam metal roof and has a finished ceiling using tongue & groove Timbertech composite. The lighting installed on this project includes recessed ceiling lights, beautiful underwater fish lights, and low-voltage lighting throughout the perimeter of the dock.
Offering three total lifts, this dock can handle any watercraft cruising the lakes in Central FL. Having no equipment available to us at the time, all of the pilings had to be set by hand using scaffolding and custom frames to accomplish this job. During permitting the city placed size restrictions on this project, it was very difficult to capture all of the customers needs in a smaller design. With dedication and quality in mind, we created a one-of-a-kind build for our customers to enjoy for a lifetime.
