DELTA, B.C. (Feb 21, 2022) With 20+ years of outstanding service and dedication to Regal ideas Inc, Ernie Couillard, President, has retired from the company. Ernie’s dedication, integrity, knowledge, and positive energy not only helped grow the Regal brand but raised the standards of the industry as a whole. Ernie’s business acumen will be missed as much as the endearing friendships he developed in his 20 years within the industry and Regal ideas. We are excited for Ernie’s next chapter as he spends more time with family and friends on both sides of the border.
Effective immediately, Andrew Pantelides, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, will be taking over responsibilities from Ernie Couillard, including Sales and Strategy for the company.
“Although we will miss Ernie, he has worked hard throughout his career and has earned the opportunity to enjoy more time with family and friends,” states Andrew, “Ernie has helped build the strong foundation that we will build upon. Our focus remains on our core principles of people, products, service and communities.”
Additional Senior Management structural changes have also been made to Andrew Pantelides’ team with Joe Jacklin, Director of Marketing and Contractor Development, adding Sales Canada to his portfolio. Quinton Weber, Director of Sales USA, will continue to grow the brand in the United States. Jim Topliss, Director of Commercial Development, will be responsible for working with Architects focusing on Multi-Family and Commercial projects in North America. Clifton Phelps has transitioned into the role of Director of Dealer Development that will focus on timely program initiative rollouts for new and existing Dealers, growth opportunities, merchandising and marketing consistencies for Dealers across Canada.
Adding to the Marketing team is Regal ideas veteran of 23 years, Leela Varanasi, Marketing and Sales Coordinator. Melinda Okmanas has recently been hired as the company’s Marketing and Brand Development Specialist. Melinda is a successful interior designer and previously Merchant for Chalifour/Orgill Canada.
These team additions and management changes reflect the significant growth that Regal ideas have seen in the past number of years. “Putting the right people in place to manage this growth is imperative to our Dealers’ success,” says Joe Jacklin “This team, and all our Regal family, are well-positioned to assist retailers to drive sales and success to their stores.”
