Builders FirstSource (BFS) has announced the acquisition of Truckee Tahoe Lumber Company (TTL), a family-owned business that has served the Northern Sierra-Nevada region since 1931.
TTL has built a stellar reputation for providing high-quality lumber, building materials, and expert design services across its seven locations. Local leadership will remain in place, ensuring continuity and a seamless transition.
This is the company’s second acquisition of 2025; in February, the company also acquired O.C. Cluss.
