October 12, 2010 | This week, we bring you highlights from our trip to Baltimore, Maryland for NADRA’s annual meeting and National Industry Awards banquet. We were pleased to see our FiberPROs and Fiberon decks take home many awards for an overall great evening.

We started the night with opening remarks and great insight from Fiberon Vice President of Sales Bill Ross.
FiberPRO Jamie Turrentine from Southwest Fence & Deck won Best Overall Deck, Best Western Red Cedar Deck, Best Exotic Deck Over 500 square feet, and Best Alternative Deck Under 500 square feet, which was built using Fiberon Horizon decking in Ipe.
FiberPRO Barry Streett from Rolling Ridge Deck Company also received several awards for Best Unique Feature with an outdoor kitchen and the Best Alternative Deck Over 500 square feet, which was built using Fiberon Tropics Decking in Jatoba.
Fiberon decking was also acknowledged in the Best Illumination category, which went to BHD Construction and FiberPRO Mick Fedunienc with DeckScapes. Their illumination work on a Fiberon deck for Eastside Preparatory School received applause for low voltage lighting.
